Absolute privacy
Who flies with us, and where, is not something we discuss. Not with press, not with partners, not in a case study.

01 — Private jet charter
A DGCA-permitted operator in New Delhi, working in aviation since 1984. Charter, air ambulance, helicopter and aircraft transactions — arranged by the house that holds the permit.
How we work
We start with the meeting you have to reach or the person you have to see, and work backwards to the aircraft — not the other way round.
Who flies with us, and where, is not something we discuss. Not with press, not with partners, not in a case study.
No packages and no membership tiers. You tell us the day you need, and we build the flight backwards from it.
Terminal access, ground transfers, clearances and catering are arranged by the same desk that arranged the aircraft.

Why private aviation
Arrive twenty minutes before departure. No queue, no gate, no connection built around someone else's schedule.
A light jet reaches runways that scheduled carriers do not serve, which usually means landing closer to where you are actually going.
Hold a board meeting, sleep, or travel with family. Nobody else is on the aircraft.
The same people handle the quotation, the clearance and the car at the other end. Nothing is handed off.
The aircraft

One aircraft, owned and operated by us. Not a listing on someone else's fleet page — an aeroplane on our permit, with crew we know and a maintenance record we can show you.

Where to next

One desk, one file
The person who quotes you is the person who runs the flight. You will not be handed to an account manager, and you will not have to explain the trip twice. If something changes at midnight, you call the number you already have.
Permit, not promise
Anyone can call themselves a charter company. Fewer hold the permit that makes them answerable for the flight. These are the things you can check, and we would rather you did.

Operator, not broker
There is nothing wrong with a broker — but you should know which one you are speaking to, because it changes who is answerable when something goes wrong.
A brokerA third party you may not be told about until the day.
CAFWe do. CAF holds a DGCA Non-Scheduled Operator Permit.
A brokerAn inbox, and an operator in another time zone.
CAFThe same desk that quoted you. Staffed 24 hours.
A brokerThe broker refers you to the operator.
CAFWe tell you before you leave for the airport.
Government departments and public undertakings have chartered aircraft through CAF. We name them because the work is a matter of record — not as an endorsement, which we have not sought and would not publish.
Before you call
If the answer to any of these matters to you, ask us the same question on the phone. You will get the same answer.
Charter is priced by the aircraft and the flying time, not per seat, so a quotation is only meaningful once the route, date and passenger count are known. A quotation from us covers aircraft, crew, positioning, ground handling, landing fees, catering and taxes. We quote the full figure rather than a headline hourly rate that grows on the invoice.
An operator. CAF holds a DGCA Non-Scheduled Operator Permit and operates a Cessna Citation CJ II, VT-MON, from New Delhi. Where a journey needs an aircraft we do not have, we arrange it from operators we have worked with and tell you plainly whose permit you are flying under. Most companies selling charter in India cannot say the first part.
For a domestic sector, a same-day departure is often possible if the aircraft and crew are free and the clearance is straightforward. Twenty-four hours is comfortable. International sectors, and any flight needing overflight or landing permissions, need longer. We will tell you at the point of enquiry whether your date is realistic rather than after you have committed.
The company was established in New Delhi in 1984 and has worked in Indian aviation continuously since — first in technical and support services, later in aircraft transactions and regulatory work, and now as a permit-holding charter operator. The private client side of the business is the newest part of a long-established house.
Yes, and it should be arranged by telephone rather than by form. Call +91 92896 09996 at any hour. We coordinate the aircraft, the clearances and the airport-to-hospital transfers, and we work with the medical team accompanying the patient. We arrange the transport; clinical care remains with the qualified medical personnel on board.
Our aircraft is based in New Delhi and our office is at Mehram Nagar, Delhi Cantonment, minutes from the general aviation terminal at Indira Gandhi International. We fly throughout India and to neighbouring countries, and we can position the aircraft to another Indian city so a journey starts where you are.
