Maintenance and liaison
Maintenance coordination and regulatory liaison
Maintenance planned and tracked, and regulatory correspondence handled by people who have dealt with the same authorities for four decades.
What we do, and what we do not

Maintenance rarely goes wrong at the spanner. It goes wrong in the planning: a part ordered late, an approval not requested, a deferral whose expiry nobody was watching, an aircraft sitting in a hangar waiting on paperwork that could have been ready a fortnight earlier. We hold that thread — scheduling checks against the manufacturer's programme, tracking open defects to closure, and lining up parts and approvals before the aircraft arrives rather than after.
The regulatory side is the same work in a different building: applications, correspondence, queries that need a proper answer rather than a holding reply. We coordinate; we do not provide legal advice, and we say so plainly. Where a matter needs a lawyer, it needs a lawyer, and we will tell you that rather than take it on.
Legal opinions come from your advisers. We manage the process and the paperwork around them.
Maintenance and liaison
Capabilities
Maintenance planning
Scheduled work planned against the manufacturer's programme and the aircraft's utilisation.
Defect tracking
Open defects, deferrals and their expiry dates tracked to closure rather than to a list.
Regulatory liaison
Correspondence, applications and responses to the authority prepared and followed up.
Records and audits
Technical records kept in order, so an audit finds what it expects to find.

Where this support helps
When coordination is the gap
- An owner without a technical department to plan the next check.
- A fleet whose records have drifted out of order over time.
- An authority query that needs a proper answer, not a holding reply.
- A maintenance input abroad needing someone to hold the thread.
A clear, coordinated process
How it works
Review the position
Current records, open defects and the next due items, assessed as they actually stand.
Plan the work
Checks scheduled with the organisation doing them, and the aircraft's downtime agreed.
Coordinate
Parts, approvals and paperwork lined up in advance so the aircraft is not left waiting.
Close the file
Work signed off, records updated, and the next due items recorded before we step away.
Safety & operational support
Assured on every flight
Coordination, not advice
We manage the process and the paperwork. Legal opinions come from your lawyers.
Known to the authority
Four decades of correspondence with the same offices, which shortens most exchanges.
Records you can audit
Everything documented, so the position is verifiable rather than merely reported.
Begin
Discuss maintenance coordination
Tell us the aircraft, where it is based and what is coming due. We will set out plainly what we would take on, and what stays with you.
