Choudhary Aviation Facilities Pvt. Ltd.(“CAF”) is the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. Our office is at Ground Floor, 8/123, Mehram Nagar, Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi 110037, India.

When you contact us we collect what you give us: your name, telephone number, email address and the details of the journey you are asking about. If a booking proceeds we will also need passenger names and government identification, because we are required to hold them for flight documentation and security clearance.

The website itself collects nothing else. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies and loads nothing from a third party — the typefaces are served from our own domain rather than fetched from Google. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address a request came from, as every web server does. Please see our Cookie Policy for the detail.

We use your information to answer your enquiry, to quote and arrange flights, to meet regulatory and airport requirements, and to keep the records aviation and tax law require us to keep. We will only send you anything else — such as the Journal — if you have asked for it, and you can stop that at any time.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it with ground handlers, airport authorities, regulators and, where a journey is flown on another operator’s permit, with that operator — in each case only what is needed to complete the flight.

We do not publish client names, confirm or deny who has flown with us, or write case studies about private movements. That applies to every client equally and it applies after the journey is over.

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for two years. Where a booking is made, flight, passenger and financial records are kept for the period required by aviation and tax regulation, after which they are deleted.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it where we are no longer required to keep it, nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and withdraw consent you have given. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
