This website is operated by Choudhary Aviation Facilities Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India with its office at Ground Floor, 8/123, Mehram Nagar, Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi 110037. Throughout these terms, “CAF”, “we” and “us” mean Choudhary Aviation Facilities Pvt. Ltd..
By accessing and using this website you accept these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.
What this website is, and is not
This website carries information about our aviation services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a guarantee of availability. Aircraft availability, routing, timings and price are confirmed only in writing by our desk for a specific journey.
Every flight is subject to a separate charter agreement, to airworthiness and crew duty requirements, to air traffic and airport approvals, and to weather. Where a journey requires an aircraft we do not operate ourselves, we will tell you which operator is flying you and under whose permit before you commit.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, photographs, graphics, logo and design — is the property of Choudhary Aviation Facilities Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and other applicable law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent. The CAF name and logo may not be used in connection with any product or service we do not provide.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choudhary Aviation Facilities Pvt. Ltd. excludes liability for loss or damage — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from your use of this website or reliance on information published on it.
