Accessibility Statement

Our position

Choudhary Aviation Facilities Pvt. Ltd. wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, magnify the page, or prefer reduced motion. We have built it with that in mind and we will fix what we get wrong.

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We have not yet had the site independently audited against that standard, so we do not claim to conform to it. When an audit has been carried out, this page will say so and will say what it found.

What has been done

Every page declares its language. A “Skip to content” link is the first thing the keyboard reaches, so you are not made to tab through the navigation on every page. Focus is visible wherever it lands, rather than being styled away.

Every image carries a text alternative. Form fields have real labels and errors are described in words rather than by colour alone. The site respects your system setting for reduced motion — if you have asked your device to limit animation, this site will not animate.

The pages are ordinary HTML. There are no iframes, no embedded widgets, no carousels that move on their own and no content that depends on a script to be readable. A large part of accessibility is simply not adding the things that break it.

What we know is not finished

The site has not been tested end-to-end with screen readers across the range of browser and assistive-technology combinations that real use involves. Colour contrast has been designed for rather than measured on every element. Some decorative and photographic content carries brief alternative text where a longer description would serve a reader better.

We would rather list these than publish a conformance badge we have not earned.

Tell us what is broken

If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us — it is the fastest way for it to get fixed. Write to concierge@choudharyaviation.com and describe the page and what happened. You do not need to know the technical cause.

Where something cannot be made accessible quickly, we will give you the same information another way rather than leave you without it.

If we get it wrong

If you are not satisfied with how we have responded to an accessibility complaint, you may raise it with the Office of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, which handles complaints under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016.

You can also simply call us on +91 92896 09996. Anything this website does, the desk can do for you on the telephone.
