An aircraft, a crew and a passenger willing to travel are not enough. Every leg needs permission: to land, to park, to cross a country that is merely in the way. Each authority wants its own form, in its own order, with its own notice period, and a filing that is complete but late is worth exactly as much as no filing at all.
We have been submitting these since 1984, which matters less for the templates than for the relationships. Applications are followed up rather than lodged and forgotten, and you are told where each one stands rather than reassured that it is in hand. Where a clearance will not arrive in time for your date, you hear that from us early, while there is still something to be done about it.
