01—Absolute privacy
Absolute privacy
Who flies with us, and where, is not something we discuss. Not with press, not with partners, not in a case study.
How it works
Most people arranging a private flight for the first time want to know the same four things: how it is priced, what can go wrong, who is flying, and what they have to do on the day. This page answers them in order.
The standard
01—Absolute privacy
Who flies with us, and where, is not something we discuss. Not with press, not with partners, not in a case study.
02—Built around you
No packages and no membership tiers. You tell us the day you need, and we build the flight backwards from it.
03—Handled door to door
Terminal access, ground transfers, clearances and catering are arranged by the same desk that arranged the aircraft.
The journey
Four stages, handled by the same desk throughout. Nothing is passed to a call centre.
01—01
Tell us the route, the date and how many people are travelling. If you know the time you need to arrive, tell us that instead of the departure time — it is usually the number that actually matters.
02—02
You receive an itemised figure: aircraft type and operator of record, flight time by sector, positioning, ground handling and landing fees, catering and taxes. One number, with the parts shown.
03—03
On confirmation we file the flight plan, obtain the clearances, arrange slots and handling, and send you a departure brief with terminal, reporting time and crew details.
04—04
Report about twenty minutes before departure at the general aviation terminal. Security is on the same side of the building as the aircraft. Ground transfer at the other end is arranged by the same desk.
What changes
01—Time, returned
Arrive twenty minutes before departure. No queue, no gate, no connection built around someone else's schedule.
02—Airfields, not just airports
A light jet reaches runways that scheduled carriers do not serve, which usually means landing closer to where you are actually going.
03—A cabin that is yours
Hold a board meeting, sleep, or travel with family. Nobody else is on the aircraft.
04—One desk, one file
The same people handle the quotation, the clearance and the car at the other end. Nothing is handed off.
Worth knowing
Weather still closes airfields. Air traffic control still holds aircraft on the ground. Some airports have night-landing restrictions and some have slot constraints that no amount of money moves.
A private flight removes the queue, the connection and the published schedule. It does not remove the sky. Any operator who tells you otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver, and you will find out on the day.
Begin
Send the route and the date. You will get an itemised quotation, not a callback request.
