Aircraft components and spares — Choudhary Aviation Facilities

Components and spares

Aircraft components, sourced and documented

Parts without a paper trail are not parts; they are risk. Every component we supply arrives with documentation traceable to an approved source.

Traceability is the product

Certified aircraft components in controlled storage

Anyone can find a part. The difficulty is finding one whose history can be established — where it came from, what it was fitted to, what was done to it and who released it. A component without that record cannot lawfully go on an aircraft, and a supplier who is vague about it is telling you something important.

We source rotables, consumables and expendables through supplier relationships built over four decades, inspect what arrives against the paperwork that came with it, and hold stock under controlled conditions so shelf life and condition are facts rather than assumptions. Grounded aircraft go to the front of the queue, because every hour of an AOG has a price attached.

Capabilities

  • Sourcing

Rotables, consumables and expendables located through relationships built over four decades.

  • Documentation

Certificates of conformity and release-to-service paperwork supplied with every component.

  • AOG response

Grounded aircraft handled first, with the part and its transport arranged in the same call.

  • Inspection and storage

Incoming inspection and controlled storage, so shelf life and condition are not assumed.

Where this support helps

When sourcing needs doing properly

  • An aircraft on the ground and a part nobody local is holding.
  • A component whose paperwork the last supplier could not produce.
  • An out-of-production type where the market is thin and specialised.
  • A fleet building a stock holding rather than buying part by part.

A clear, coordinated process

How it works

  1. Send the part number

Part number, aircraft type and quantity. Serial or effectivity detail if the fit depends on it.

  2. We source and price

Availability, condition, lead time and the documentation that comes with it, all quoted.

  3. Inspect on receipt

Incoming inspection against the paperwork, before the component goes near an aircraft.

  4. Deliver

Shipped with its certification, or flown to the aircraft if it is grounded and waiting.

Safety & operational support

Assured on every flight

  • Approved sources only

We buy from suppliers whose documentation can be traced. Price is the second question.

  • ASA member

Choudhary Aviation Facilities is a member of the Aviation Suppliers Association.

  • Held to the same test

If we would not fit it to our own aircraft, we do not sell it to yours.

Begin

Source a component

Send the part number, the aircraft type and the quantity. Where an aircraft is grounded, telephone instead and we will start on it while you are talking.
