Technical support

Technical support and aviation manpower

Between 2021 and 2024 we supplied technical manpower to AIESL Engineering. That is the credential this page rests on, and it is checkable.

Engineers, not agencies

Licensed engineers working on an airframe

Aviation manpower is often sold by headcount: a number of bodies, a rate, and a rate card that says nothing about licences. That is not useful to a hangar with a check to close. What a maintenance organisation needs is a named engineer, current on the type, with the approval the work requires — and it needs to know that before the person arrives, not after.

We propose people by name, with their licences and type experience set out, and we verify every one of them before deployment. Between 2021 and 2024 we supplied technical manpower to AIESL Engineering across a series of deployments, which is the kind of relationship that only survives if the people sent are the people promised.

Deployments are scoped to the approvals the receiving organisation holds.

Technical support

Capabilities

  • Licensed engineers

Certifying and non-certifying engineers placed by type and approval rather than by headcount.

  • Technicians and support

Skilled technical staff for line, base and workshop environments, deployed to your programme.

  • Project deployments

Teams supplied for checks, modifications and recovery work with a defined start and finish.

  • Records and airworthiness

Support with technical records, defect tracking and the paperwork that follows the work.

Where this support helps

When the shortage is people

  • A check that needs more hands than the hangar currently has.
  • An approval held but no engineer current on the type in question.
  • Seasonal peaks where permanent headcount is the wrong answer.
  • Recovery work on an aircraft away from its home base.

A clear, coordinated process

How it works

  1. Scope the requirement

Types, approvals, licences and the number of people, with the dates you need them from.

  2. We propose

Named people with their licences and type experience, rather than a rate card and a promise.

  3. Deploy

Mobilisation, documentation and site induction handled, so people arrive ready to work.

  4. Review

Progress reviewed against the programme, with the deployment extended or closed on schedule.

Safety & operational support

Assured on every flight

  • AIESL, 2021 to 2024

Technical manpower supplied to AIESL Engineering across three years of deployments.

  • Licences checked

Every licence and type approval verified before deployment, not asserted afterwards.

  • One accountable desk

The people who place the engineers stay with the deployment until it closes.

Discuss a technical requirement

Tell us the types, the approvals and the dates. We will come back with named people and their licences rather than an availability statement.
